Dr. Lauren Szczygiel, PhD is a Lead Qualitative Analyst with the Center for Healthcare Outcomes and Policy (CHOP) at the University of Michigan. Some of her research interests include performance improvement and optimization, surgical culture, and surgeon career develoment. She has expertise in sport and performance psychology as well as qualitative methodologies.
