My name is Kuan, Tai-Chuan, a colorectal surgeon from Taiwan. I am currently serving as an attending surgeon at Far Eastern Memorial Hospital. My expertise lies in surgeries related to colorectal and anal diseases, and I am also engaged in research on the epidemiology of colorectal cancer in Taiwan.
In addition, I am a lecturer at the School of Medicine, National Yang Ming Chiao Tung University, where I guide third- and fourth-year medical students in small-group Problem-Based Learning (PBL) sessions.
Outside of work, I am a proud father of two children and enjoy spending quality time with them, exploring new places. Together with my wife, I share a passion for discovering great food, watching baseball, and other shared interests.
