Jordan Martucci, MD, MS, is a general surgery resident at USC+LA General Hospital and a colorectal research fellow at the University of Southern California. He grew up in Southern California and earned a Bachelor of Science in Psychobiology from UCLA in 2015. He then attended Georgetown University, where he completed a Master of Science in Physiology & Biophysics before earning his medical degree from Georgetown University School of Medicine in 2021.
Dr. Martucci is passionate about advancing the field of colorectal surgery through both clinical care and research. He has had the opportunity to present his work at national conferences and contribute to peer-reviewed publications. Beyond research, he is deeply committed to mentorship and medical education, helping guide aspiring surgeons through clinical development.
He plans to apply for a colorectal surgery fellowship to further specialize in the management of complex colorectal diseases and surgical oncology. His goal is to contribute to advancements in the field while providing high-quality, patient-centered surgical care.
