Dr. Damle completed general surgery residency at UMass Medical Center in 2017 and colorectal surgery fellowship at Washington University School of Medicine in 2018. He is currently a staff surgeon and President/CEO of Colon and Rectal Surgical Associates in Minneapolis MN and serves as part of the teaching faculty for the University of Minnesota colorectal surgery fellowship. Interests include cost, quality, Lean processes, and healthcare economics. He has two wonderful young boys and a poorly behaved dog named Mr. Biscuits. Recently, he made the regretable decision to adopt an even more poorly behaved dog named Belgian Waffles.
