Hannah Horne is a practicing physician assistant at the Cleveland Clinic Foundation in Cleveland, OH. She has been working as an Inpatient Colorectal Surgery physician assistant since 2018. She has been the Colorectal Surgery APP Manager since June 2023. In this role, she oversees both inpatient and outpatient APPs. She has an interest in quality improvement and is actively involved in Cleveland Clinic’s hospital throughput initiatives. She received a Bachelor of Science in Kinesiology at The Pennsylvania State University, University Park PA in 2014. She received a Master of Medical Science in Physician Assistant Studies at Lincoln Memorial University-DeBusk College of Osteopathic Medicine in Harrogate, TN in 2017. She is a member of the AAPA, OAPA, and ASCRS.
