Prof . Dr Nilesh Doshi has completed his M.D. (Ayurvedic surgery) in 1992 from world's most prestigious Ayurvedic institute ITRA, JAMNAGAR, INDIA. He was rank holder throughout his academic career. He is doing his private practice as a chief surgeon since 32 years in Mumbai at Devangi Hospital.
٭He is the Head of AYUSH Unit, 500 beaded Modern hospital, BDBA , run by MCGM, Mumbai. He is advisory board member , DYPatil University, school of Ayurveda Mumbai. He is also a prof. of practice at DYpatil Ayurved College.
* He Is the Steering Committee Member Of Pelvic Floor Disorder At American Society Of Colon And Rectal Surgeon
* He has presented his work on pilonidal sinus & ksharsutra at ASCRS
* He is master in treating complex, recurrent, multiple fistula in ano, even be it with crohn’s or tuberculosis with fistula in ano, Anovaginal fistula & so on apart from pilonidal sinus. He has presented various paper in National colo-rectal surgeon association conferences. He has been invited as a faculty member and guest speaker in various Ayurvedic surgical conference. He is Visiting faculty in various prestigious ayurvedic institute.
* He has trained more than 75 doctors in the field of Colo-Rectal surgery
* He has been felicitated by union minister of state,(AYUSH) India, he is a recipient of Sushrata award by directorate Ayush, Maharashtra state, India.
* He has also received ayush-ratna India best business awards by the Trinity group , central & various state government.
* He has been awarded with honor of appreciation award by SHREE ZALAWADI STHANAK WASI JAIN SABHA
* He is the founder president , Association of Ayurvedic practitioner’s & have organized many international conferences too in collaboration with ministry of Ayush
* He is patron member of jito/the most prestigious organizations of jain community
