Jen is the Associate Dean of Graduate Medical Education and the DIO at Des Moines University. She was a Colon and Rectal Surgery Program Director for 10 years at Creighton University. She is a past president of the Associateion of Program Directors in Colon and Rectal Surgery (APDCRS). She is the current chair of the RRC for Colon and Rectal Surgery.
