My name is Gaurav Talwar (BSc, MD) and I am a PGY3 in the General Surgery Program at McMaster Univeristy (Hamilton, Ontario, Canada). I aspire to become a colorectal surgeon like my various mentors; who incorporate evidence based practices with lived experiences into their patient care. My research thus far has been focused on outcomes based studies in the form of systematic reviews, meta-analyses and large database studies. I am open to new experiences and look forward to meeting great minds at ASCRS 2024.
