Zheng Hong Tan is a final year MD/PhD candidate from the Ohio State University College of Medicine. His PhD is in biomedical engineering where he developed tissue engineered tracheal grafts for implantation under the mentorship of Dr. Tendy Chiang from Nationwide Children's Hospital. He is an aspiring surgeon scientist who would be applying to surgery this year.
