Yasamin Taghikhan, D.O., M.S. is a General Surgery Resident at UC Davis Medical Center. She earned her Doctorate and Master of Science in Medical Health Sciences from Touro University. Her research background includes work in nutrition and metabolic studies with a focus on the physiological impacts of diet and stress. She has also been actively involved in medical education, community health initiatives, and leadership roles. Yasamin is passionate about advancing surgical care through research, education, and patient-centered practice.
