Mercedes Nikzad, MD is board certified in general surgery. She is currently completing a fellowship in colon and rectal surgery at Henry Ford Hospital in Detroit, MI. Dr. Nikzad's specials interests include advanced minimally invasive surgery. She attended the Ohio State University for her undergraduate studies and then graduated from the Ohio State University College of Medicine. She completed her general surgery residency at Ascension St. John hospital in Detroit.
