I am a second-year medical student at the Washington State University Elson S. Floyd College of Medicine in Spokane, Washington. I was born and raised in Spokane, and earned my Bachelor of Science degree from Washington State University in Pullman, Washington. My passion for surgery, particularly general surgery, has been shaped by my research experiences. These include projects aimed at increasing colorectal cancer screening and awareness in rural Washington and improving access to HPV anal cancer screening across the state. I am eager to connect with peers and mentors at this conference to expand my knowledge and refine my career aspirations in surgery.
