My name is Frank Owusu-Ansah, MD and I am third year general surgery resident at Southern Illinois University School of Medicine with a strong interest in colorectal surgery. I am from Lincoln, Nebraska where I completed my undergraduate studies in Biochemistry at the University of Nebraska-Lincoln followed by medical school at Eastern Virginia Medical School in Norfolk, Virginia. I have developed a strong interest in endoscopy as well as robotic surgery during my training and would like to apply these interests to the field of colorectal surgery.
