General Surgeon | Research Fellow in Colorectal Surgery

My name is Mustafa Oruc and ı am a general surgeon with extensive clinical and research experience. I graduated with honors from Hacettepe University, Turkey's leading medical school, where I also completed my general surgery residency. Following residency, I worked as a specialist at Ankara Bilkent City Hospital, one of Turkey’s largest healthcare institutions with a high patient volume.

Currently, I am a research fellow in the Department of Colorectal Surgery at Cleveland Clinic. My work focuses on advanced treatment strategies for rectal tumors, colorectal cancer screening, and ESD outcomes. I have contributed to multiple studies, including a comparative analysis of surgical and endoscopic modalities.
