My name is Leon Naar and I am a fourth year General Surgery resident at Stanford Hospital and Clinics. My research is focused on decreasing disparities and improving the quality of care for colorectal cancer patients living in persistent poverty, by identifying areas for policy improvement. I am excited to attend the ASCRS meeting this year, and I look forward to applying for a fellowship position in colon and rectal surgery.
