Karen Trang received her MD from Stanford Medical School. She is currently a 4th year General Surgery resident at the University of California San Francisco (UCSF), where she also completed her fellowship in Clinical Informatics. She has academic interests in colorectal surgery and clinical informatics, and wants to bridge the gap between surgeons and information systems.
