She earned her undergraduate degree in Biology at University of Washing and M.D. degree at Virginia Commonwealth University. She started general surgery training at University of Colorado in 2018 and is in her last year of residency. She will be starting Colon and Rectal Surgery Fellowship at University Minnesota in 2025.
