Alizeh Abbas, MD is a General Surgery Resident at the University of Alabama at Birmingham (UAB). Dr. Abbas graduated with Honors from the Aga Khan University Medical College in Karachi, Pakistan. She is currently in her dedicated academic development time and has a strong interest in health disparities research, health literacy, and studying patient engagement technologies to improve access to quality colorectal care.
