Dr. Cercek is a board-certified medical oncologist who specializes in the treatment of patients with gastrointestinal cancers, particularly colorectal and appendix cancer. Her research focus is in regional therapies as well the development of new therapies for patients, including molecular-based therapies.
She is the founder and co-director of the Center for Young Onset Colorectal Cancer which has a dual focus of a dedicated research center as well as coordinated clinical care for young adults with colorectal
cancer.
