Jessica Shanahan, MD FRCSC is a second-year colorectal surgery fellow at the University of Manitoba in Canada. She has served on the Young Surgeons and Professional Outreach Committees with ASCRS since 2024. She plans to work in the academic field and to continue her involvment with ASCRS throughout her career.
