Dr Paquette is professor of surgery and Chief of the Division of Colon and Rectal Surgery at the University of Cincinnati. He has served on many committees of the ASCRS and chaired the Clinical Practice Guidelines Committee. He is on the editorial board of Diseases of the Colon and Rectum and Annals of Surgery. He is also involved with the American Board of Colon and Rectal Surgery as an associate examiner and a member of the written exam committee.
