Jitesh A. Patel, MD is a Professor of Surgery in the Department of Surgery at the University of Kentucky. He completed his colorectal fellowship at Wash U/Barnes Jewish Hospital and obtained his MBA from the Gatton School of Business and Economics.  Dr. Patel is the Program Director of the Colon and Rectal Surgery Fellowship, Division Chief of Colon and Rectal Surgery, and Medical Director for the General Surgery Clinics for University of Kentucky Healthcare. Dr. Patel is also an ACS Master Surgeon Educator and member of the Society of University Surgeons.
