Kelly Garrett is a colorectal surgeon and Associate Professor of Surgery at Weill Cornell Medical College – NY Presbyterian Hospital. She is board certified in General Surgery and Colon and Rectal Surgery. She completed her general surgery training at Albany Medical Center in 2008 followed by a residency in Colon and Rectal surgery at The Cleveland Clinic in 2009. She spent the following year as a clinical associate in the Digestive Disease Institute at Cleveland Clinic and has been on faculty at Cornell since 2010. She is currently the program director for the Cornell-MSKCC colorectal fellowship and serves as the Quality Chair for the Department of General Surgery at NY Presbyterian since 2019.
