Information for Live-Stream Virtual Attendees

Accessing Live Stream Sessions:
Live Stream Sessions can be accessed from the 2025 ASCRS Annual Scientific Meeting event website and on the Annual Meeting Mobile App.

What is being live-streamed?
All symposium/Lectureships in Hall C and Ballroom 6C-F. You can see which sessions this includes on the mobile app by clicking on Live Stream Schedule

How do I access the live stream?
Attendees must log in on the website and/or the mobile app to watch live stream sessions. Each session pop-up will have a link to access the live stream.

Will live stream sessions be available after the conference?
Yes, live-streamed sessions will also be available on-demand after the conference has concluded.

On-Demand Questions
When will on-demand content be available?
2-3 weeks after the conference.

What will be available on-demand after the conference?
All symposiums that are not ticketed events. Including, but not limited to the Presidential Address, Distinguished Lectureships, Annual Business Meeting, and State of the Society Address.

How do I access the on-demand sessions?
Navigate to the on-demand page on the ASCRS annual scientific meeting website.

Can I claim credit for on-demand content?
Yes, you can claim CME credit for on-demand content through September 30, 2025.

How long will on-demand content be available?
On-demand content will be available through September 30, 2025.

Information for In-Person Attendees

Meeting Locations:
All meeting activities will be held at the San Diego Convention Center unless otherwise noted. Select events and meetings will be held at the ASCRS headquarters hotel, the Marriott Marquis San Diego Marina, next to the convention center. Locations are specified on the meeting schedule on the event website and in the app.

Meeting Attire
The attire for the conference is business casual. Meeting room temperatures sometimes fluctuate, so attendees may wish to bring a sweater or jacket. Average temperatures in San Diego, CA in May are low 60°F (16°C), high 69°F (21°C).

Registration and Badge Pick Up
Registration is in Lobby A, Ground Level of the San Diego Convention Center. You must pick up your badge and materials before attending activities. Registration for badge pick-up and onsite registration will open on Friday, May 9 at 3:00 PM. Additionally, cash will not be accepted for onsite registration.

Ticketed Sessions/Events
If you are attending a ticketed session or event, it will be noted on your badge. If you have any questions, please visit Registration in Lobby A, Ground Level of the San Diego Convention Center.
 
ASCRS Member Services/Information Desk
ASCRS Staff will be available throughout the meeting at the Member Services/Information Desk located in the Registration area (Lobby A, Ground Level)

Complementary Wi-Fi is available to attendees in all convention center meeting rooms.

Luggage Check

If you need your luggage stored after 4:00 pm, please check your luggage at your hotel.

Mother’s Room                   
A mother’s room is available in the convention center in the Mezzanine Lobby.

What type of continuing education credits will be available?

• AMA PRA Category 1 CreditTM.
• Nursing contact hours
• ABS Continuous Certification (Self-assessment) credits

When is the deadline to claim credit for in-person participation?
The deadline to claim credit for sessions attended or live-streamed in San Diego is May 26, 2025.

When is the deadline to claim credit for on-demand?
Deadline to claim credit for on-demand sessions is September 30, 2025.
