Phishing Alert: Beware of Fraudulent Emails

Each year, we notice emails circulating that claim to offer attendee lists for our Annual Scientific Meeting. These messages are not from ASCRS and should be ignored. If you receive an email like this, simply delete it. If you’re unsure about an email, please forward it to ascrs@fascrs.org, and we’ll be happy to take a look. Thank you for staying aware, and we look forward to seeing you at the Annual Meeting!

REGISTRATION QUESTIONS

There is no one-day registration option.
If the registered attendee cannot attend, refunds will not be granted after April 10. You may visit the registration page for the full cancellation policy.
You cannot transfer registration from one person to another.
All Speakers (abstract, ePoster, symposium, quick shots, etc.) are required to register for the meeting.

Onsite: Attendees can register in-person at the San Diego Convention Center, 111 W. Harbor Drive, San Diego, CA

EXHIBITOR REGISTRATION

Exhibitor Registration badges provide access to all nonticketed sessions, including the Welcome and Farewell Receptions.
Exhibitor Registration badges are not eligible to receive CME credits.
Exhibitors can pick up badges for their team.
Exhibitors cannot cancel one of their colleagues' registrations and replace it with another person.
Exhibitor registration will open in February

PELVIC FLOOR CONSORTIUM REGISTRATION

The Pelvic Floor Consortium meeting is scheduled for Saturday, May 10, 2025, 12:30 - 4:30 PM, at the San Diego Convention Center.
The fee for all registrants to attend the Pelvic Floor Consortium meeting is $60.00.

Q: How do I register for the Pelvic Floor Consortium?
A: You can register for the Pelvic Floor Consortium online, using the same registration link for the ASCRS Annual Scientific Meeting registration.

Q: Do I have to register for the ASCRS Annual Meeting to attend the Pelvic Floor Consortium?
A: No. Use the link for the ASCRS Annual Scientific Meeting registration. An option will be available to register for the consortium meeting without registering for the ASCRS Annual Scientific Meeting.

Q: I am attending the ASCRS Annual Scientific Meeting, do I need to register for the Pelvic Floor Consortium separately?
A: No. During the registration process for the ASCRS Annual Scientific Meeting, you will have the option to add the Pelvic Floor Consortium to your annual meeting registration.

Q: Am I able to attend other workshops if I am only registering for the Pelvic Floor Consortium?
A: Those registering for the Pelvic Floor Consortium and not the ASCRS Annual Scientific Meeting will have the option to register for a Super Session: Pelvic Floor scheduled for Sunday, May 11, 2025.

ABSTRACT SUBMISSION INFORMATION

The abstract submission site closes Tuesday, October 14, 2025, at 11:59 PM CT.
Final decision emails will be sent to everyone by November 30, 2025.
You cannot edit your abstract after the submission deadline.
